Goals, action, results, pleasure

According to Psychology Today, achieving a goal you've set produces dopamine, a neurotransmitter responsible for feelings of pleasure.


So today, why not NOW, set a short term goal, one that will give you a quick win. What's the first step . . . do it. This gives you momentum. Focus on your outcome. Take more action and reap the rewards before the end of today.
